Our client, a foreign production company working in Ukraine, is looking for a qualified and experienced Tax Lawyer



Key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for tax planning, as well as local and international taxation issues;

• Advise business concerning state, local, and foreign taxes.

• Prepare opinions on tax liability resulting from prospective and past transactions;

• Adfvise on off-shore taxation (Cyprus, Switzerland)

• Work out tax saving plans and gives advice on planning involved in tax activities;

• Investigate legal cases for a specific area of business law;

• Represent clients in tax litigation;

• Coordinate work with external tax advisors and tax auditors;



Requirements:

• University degree in law

• At least 5 years of relevant tax experience with a law firm or private sector

• Deep knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation;

• Excellent knowledge of off-shore taxation (Cyprus, Switzerland);

• Experience of work with tax authorities;

• Excellent written and oral ENGLISH is a must, in addition to Russian and Ukrainian

• Analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills , high level of self-motivation and proactive thinking
